Course Description

Designed primarily for non-supervisors and hourly personnel, participants gain improved awareness and practice in the application of the corporate core values in daily decision-making. Participants learn the difference between 'right versus right' and 'right versus wrong' ethical paradigms. Participants learn how to use and apply effective ethical decision making tools and processes including the corporate core values, and their impact on organizational development. This course is customized to bring understanding and application to the organization's Vision, Mission and Core Values as well as any applicable compliance and code of conduct standards. Students will practice and apply the six-step ethical decision making process and how to partner with their supervisor in leading and creating a values-based ethical culture that aligns with the corporate and their personal core values.
